Supplies are available on a cost plus fee.
Items including in supply fee:
- Travel-size Bar of soap
- Small Garbage Bags (4 gallon or similar)
- Regular Garbage Bags (13 gallon or similar)
- Travel-size Shampoo
- Toilet Paper
- Laundry Pods
- Dryer Sheets
- Dishwasher Pods
- Liquid Dish Soap Refill (not dispenser)
- Hand Soap Refill (not dispenser)
- Paper Towels
- Items the cleaners use to clean (windex, clorox, toilet bowl cleaner, brushes, dusters).
Items the cleaners use to clean aren’t guaranteed to be in the rental but if are often stored there and are available for your use.
Owner may be responsible to charge tenant if all supplies are taken.
